• Benefit Items and Promotion Activities: We will periodically launch benefit items and various promotion activities, such as limited-time discounts, full-amount reduction offers, and gift-giving activities. Although the benefit items are offered at discounted prices, their quality is still guaranteed, and they have all passed strict quality inspections. There may be quantity limitations for products participating in the activities. It's first come, first served, and the offer will end once the items are sold out.

IV. Customization Service

• Service Content: If you have special requirements for the style, material, size, etc. of the jewelry, we provide a customization service. You can contact us via email and communicate your ideas and needs with our designers. We will customize a unique piece of jewelry for you according to your requirements. During the customization process, we will maintain close communication with you to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
• Customization Cycle and Fee: The production cycle of customized products is usually 2 working days, and the specific time will depend on the complexity of the product. The fees for the customization service are divided into three packages: the entry-level package, the high-quality package, and the collection-level package, according to the quality of the materials and the difficulty of the design. A design fee of 5% of the package fee will be charged. The design drawings will be sent to the customer first, and the production will start after the customer's confirmation.

V. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Time: After you complete the payment and the order information is confirmed to be correct, we will arrange the shipment for you as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, in-stock products will be shipped within 1 working day, and customized products will be shipped according to the agreed production cycle. In case of special situations, such as holidays or insufficient inventory, the shipping time may be delayed, and we will communicate with you in a timely manner and explain the situation.
• Delivery Method: We cooperate with professional logistics companies to provide safe and fast delivery services. If customers need expedited delivery, they can contact us via email, and our store will arrange express delivery, but customers may need to pay additional shipping fees. After the product is shipped, you will receive an email from our store, and you can check the logistics progress through the order tracking information in the email to keep informed of the delivery status of the product in a timely manner.
• Receipt Notes: When receiving the goods, please be sure to carefully check whether the outer packaging of the package is intact and whether the quantity, style, size, etc. of the products are consistent with the order. If you find any problems, please reject the goods on the spot and contact our customer service staff in a timely manner.

VI. Return and Exchange Policy

• Return and Exchange Conditions: Within 3 days from the date you receive the product, in case there are quality problems with the product (such as gemstone breakage, accessory detachment, craftsmanship defects, etc.), you can apply for a return or exchange. For returns and exchanges due to non-quality issues, the product must be kept unworn and undamaged, and the packaging, accessories, gifts, etc. must be complete. For returns and exchanges due to personal reasons (such as not liking it, inappropriate size, etc.), you need to bear the round-trip shipping fees.
• Return and Exchange Process: If you need to return or exchange the product, please contact our customer service staff first, explain the reason for the return or exchange, and provide relevant photos as evidence. The customer service staff will provide you with the return and exchange address and detailed operation procedures. After receiving the product you returned and confirming that there are no problems, we will handle the return and exchange procedures for you. The refund will be returned to the original payment method, and the exchange product will be shipped as soon as possible after confirming the receipt of the returned product.
